About the Role
The Director of Creative Marketing at Jerry will be responsible for revolutionizing the way the company communicates with its customers, shifting from a transactional tone to a more empathetic and relationship-driven approach. This will involve overhauling existing customer communications, including CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy, to create a more human and accessible voice for the brand. The successful candidate will work closely with the Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to drive long-tail conversion and build trust with customers.In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and brand affinity, and will be expected to think creatively about how to engage customers and drive business results. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer growth and retention, and will work closely with the CEO to define the company's tone of voice and personality.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer growth and retention
- Overhaul existing customer communications to create a more human and accessible voice for the brand
- Work closely with the Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to drive long-tail conversion and build trust with customers
- Define and maintain the company's tone of voice and personality across all organic surfaces
- Develop and execute email sequences, push notifications, and other customer communications that drive engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and refine the company's marketing strategy and goals
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize marketing efforts
- Develop and manage the company's social media presence and content strategy
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and customer engagement
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on creative copywriting and growth optimization
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer growth and retention
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage customers
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and feedback to optimize marketing efforts
- Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Experience with CRM, email, and SMS marketing platforms
- Familiarity with social media marketing and content strategy
