About the Role

The Director of Customer Acquisition Analytics & Marketing Execution plays a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies. This leader will be responsible for designing and executing a measurement system that enables robust reporting and optimization, ensuring the achievement of desired business outcomes. The role will also involve partnering with cross-functional teams, including analytics, data, and technology, to deliver measurable business results.

The Director will be part of the Customer Experience Transformation team, which is focused on delivering personalized, proactive, and relevant communications to customers across various channels. This team is committed to driving customer-centricity and leveraging AI to transform team productivity and communication effectiveness.

The role will involve working closely with business stakeholders and channel owners to align on strategy, priorities, and operating rhythms, ensuring scalable, compliant, and consistent execution.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the design, execution, and maintenance of a measurement system that enables robust reporting and optimization
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including analytics, data, and technology, to deliver measurable business results
  • Drive segmentation, personalization, and optimization of marketing campaigns
  • Own the experimentation roadmap, including A/B and multivariate testing
  • Optimize targeting, cadence, and channel mix with AI/ML driven personalization
  • Innovate with generative and agentic AI to transform team productivity and communication effectiveness
  • Uphold and influence ECX standards to ensure communications are personalized, proactive, and relevant
  • Lead lifecycle strategy and moment-based communications across acquisition, onboarding, cross-sell, and win-back campaigns
  • Collaborate with business and channel owners to align on strategy, priorities, and operating rhythms
  • Drive actions with leaders by sharing performance readouts and recommendations
  • Build and lead a high-performing innovation and data-driven focused team

What We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, customer acquisition, or a related field
  • Strong foundation in tools like Excel, with experience in data analysis and interpretation
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business results
  • Strong understanding of measurement science, testing, and optimization
  • Experience in partnering with analytics, data, and technology teams to deliver measurable business results
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Experience in driving customer-centricity and leveraging AI to transform team productivity and communication effectiveness

Nice to Have

  • Experience in generative and agentic AI
