About the Role

Affirm is seeking a Director, Country Manager to lead its Australian operations. As a key leader on Affirm's international team, you will be responsible for establishing the company's presence in Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of the consumer and merchants in Australia to Affirm and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Affirm
  • Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Australian business
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability
  • Oversee the establishment and implementation of departmental objectives, policies, and procedures in Australia
  • Manage the business's financial and budgetary activities in Australia

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and managing all operational and commercial activities of a financial institution, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
