About the Role

The Director of Digital Marketing at Viatris is a pivotal role that entails leading the development of digital strategies and aligned tactical plans for the company's brand marketing teams. What You Will Do

  • Lead the development of digital strategies and aligned tactical plans for brand marketing teams
  • Partner with aligned brand marketing teams to influence budget allocations for digital initiatives
  • Develop internal and external KPIs and dashboards for internal digital marketing use
  • Provide commercial stakeholders with key insights into digital performance
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics for aligned brands and adjust strategies and tactics accordingly
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize performance
  • Build and lead a team of digital marketers

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer products industry
  • Experience on the agency and client side preferred
  • Knowledge of terms and concepts used in digital marketing
  • Familiarity with web analytics (Google Analytics), media performance monitoring, and media planning
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate customer insights into actionable ideas
