About the Role
The Director, EMEA Strategic Sales North role at Twilio is a key leadership position that will drive business growth and expansion in the Northern Europe region. As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead a team of strategic account executives to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, while also nurturing existing customer relationships. Your team will be responsible for selling Twilio's portfolio of products and services to major accounts, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and revenue growth.In this role, you will report to the EMEA Regional Vice President for Northern Europe and will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team of account executives. Your team will be expected to deliver exceptional results, and you will be accountable for forecasting and presenting team performance to senior management.

What You Will Do
- Build and manage a high-performing team of account executives to drive sales growth and expansion in the Northern Europe region
- Develop and execute a focused strategy for existing customer expansion, selling solutions across Twilio's portfolio of products and services
- Coach and lead your team to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, while also nurturing existing customer relationships
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Professional Services and Partner teams, to ensure customer success and revenue growth
- Forecast and present team performance to senior management, providing guidance and recommendations for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with major accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies, including marketing and product teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, leveraging this knowledge to drive sales growth and expansion
- Manage and track sales performance, providing regular updates and insights to senior management
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of managerial experience in a high-performing CPaaS, Communications, or API-based company
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams, with a strong focus on sales growth and expansion
- Experience with sales forecasting, planning, and revenue tracking, with a strong analytical and data-driven approach
- Strong understanding of the EMEA market, with a focus on Northern Europe
- Industry experience in selling CPaaS or SaaS, with a strong understanding of the sales process and customer needs
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with a strong ability to think creatively and outside the box
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the sales process and customer needs
- BA/BS degree or equivalent required
