About the Role
The Director of Enterprise Sales at Firework is a critical role that entails driving the company's go-to-market (GTM) strategy and leading the sales team to achieve revenue growth. This position requires a highly driven and experienced sales leader who can navigate complex sales cycles and build strong relationships with key decision-makers at large enterprises. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital commerce landscape and a proven track record of success in enterprise sales.As a key member of the Firework team, the Director of Enterprise Sales will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to drive alignment and ensure successful integration and deployment of the company's platform. This role will also involve developing and executing strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing relationships with key clients.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand existing relationships with key clients
- Lead the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, providing coaching and guidance to ensure success
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key decision-makers at large enterprises
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to drive alignment and ensure successful integration and deployment of the company's platform
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Provide product feedback to the product development team, ensuring that the company's platform meets the needs of its clients
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and refine sales strategies based on data and insights
- Travel to client meetings, workshops, and industry events as needed (approximately 30-40% of the time)
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding existing relationships with key clients
- Strong understanding of the digital commerce landscape and the company's platform, including its features, benefits, and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers at large enterprises
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate complex sales cycles
- Strong coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of sales professionals
- Experience with salesforce.com or other CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
