What You Will Do
- Manage a team of experienced Account Executives, focusing on net-new customer acquisition and expansion across strategic accounts
- Build and optimize a repeatable sales process to drive predictable revenue growth
- Recruit and manage a growing team of Account Executives, empowering them with scalable systems and processes
- Drive net-new customer acquisition and expansion across key accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve above-quota results
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Account Executives to drive sales excellence
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a minimum of 5+ years leading a team in Enterprise sales
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and sales excellence
- Strong expertise in Salesforce and other modern sales tools
- Excellent people skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams
- Ability to build scalable processes and analyze sales performance data
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to optimize sales processes over time
- Experience in managing daily and weekly sales pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Experience in the contract management or legal technology space
