About the Role
The Director, Executive Talent Development, will establish GE Vernova's enterprise leadership strategy, defining the framework, systems, and standards for exceptional leadership across the company.Responsibilities
- Design and improve enterprise talent management standards, including succession planning and executive development processes.
- Lead the design and activation of the Enterprise Leadership Framework, ensuring clear standards for great leadership.
- Partner with Learning & Development to shape executive development strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in Talent Management and Executive Development.
