About the Role

The Director, Executive Talent Development, will establish GE Vernova's enterprise leadership strategy, defining the framework, systems, and standards for exceptional leadership across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Design and improve enterprise talent management standards, including succession planning and executive development processes.
  • Lead the design and activation of the Enterprise Leadership Framework, ensuring clear standards for great leadership.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to shape executive development strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in Talent Management and Executive Development.
