About the Role

The Director, Global Account Management, will play a crucial role in leading and growing Loadsmart's account management team and portfolio of key enterprise clients across global markets. This seasoned professional will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet or exceed net revenue retention, retention, and expansion targets. As a key member of the leadership team, the Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include managing a team of account managers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify new business opportunities. The Director will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives at enterprise clients, understanding their business needs, and developing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and grow the account management team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed net revenue retention, retention, and expansion targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives at enterprise clients
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to customers to help them achieve their business goals
  • Travel internationally as required (up to 20%) to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • Develop and manage account plans, ensuring that customer needs are met and that Loadsmart's solutions are aligned with their business objectives
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans
  • Provide feedback and coaching to account managers to improve their performance and skills

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or enterprise sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding net revenue retention, retention, and expansion targets
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build C-suite relationships
  • Experience working with large, complex enterprise accounts across multiple industries and geographies
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel internationally as required (up to 20%)
  • Experience in logistics or global supply chain is a strong plus
