About the Role
The Director of Global Consulting and System Integrator Partnerships at Ada will play a pivotal role in driving the company's mission to make customer service extraordinary for everyone. This role entails building and leading a team of consulting partners to accelerate businesses' AI maturity, enabling them to deliver effortless customer experiences. As a key member of the leadership team, the Director will be responsible for developing and executing a global partnership strategy that aligns with Ada's business objectives.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities. The Director will also be responsible for managing and analyzing partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize results. With a strong focus on remote work, the ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a distributed team environment and have experience with digital collaboration tools.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a global partnership strategy that aligns with Ada's business objectives
- Build and lead a team of consulting partners to accelerate businesses' AI maturity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities
- Manage and analyze partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to optimize results
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including system integrators and consulting firms
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships, including joint go-to-market initiatives and co-selling arrangements
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute account plans that leverage partnerships to drive revenue growth
- Develop and manage partnership budgets, including forecasting and reconciliations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to inform partnership strategy
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in a partnership or business development role, preferably in the AI or customer service industry
- Strong understanding of AI and digital skills, including AI agent management technology
- Experience working with system integrators and consulting firms, with a strong network of contacts in these industries
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform partnership strategy
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment, with a strong understanding of digital collaboration tools
Nice to Have
- Experience with partnership management software, including tools for tracking and analyzing partnership performance
- Knowledge of customer service platforms and technologies, including CRM and helpdesk systems
- Experience working with enterprise companies, with a strong understanding of their needs and challenges
