About the Role

The Director of Global Sales Enablement at Dropbox will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by designing and delivering targeted enablement programs that measurably improve seller performance. This role will utilize data and field insights to identify performance gaps, optimize sales motions, and deliver training, content, and programs that help sellers execute against business priorities. The Director will lead a cross-functional enablement team and partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Marketing to ensure programs are tightly aligned to revenue targets and deliver provable impact.

As the bridge between strategy and seller execution, the enablement function ensures that the field knows what to do, when to do it, and how to do it well. This role will also provide visibility into what's working, what's not, and what to change, enabling leaders to make informed decisions and drive consistent behaviors across segments and regions.

The Director of Global Sales Enablement will report directly to the VP of Sales Strategy & GTM Operations and will be responsible for driving the development and execution of global sales enablement programs.

What You Will Do

  • Design and deliver global enablement programs that drive measurable revenue impact, tailored to regional and cultural nuances
  • Utilize data and field insights to identify performance gaps and optimize sales motions
  • Develop and deliver training, content, and programs that help sellers execute against business priorities
  • Lead a cross-functional enablement team and partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Marketing
  • Ensure programs are tightly aligned to revenue targets and deliver provable impact
  • Provide visibility into what's working, what's not, and what to change
  • Drive consistent behaviors across segments and regions
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Develop and manage sales enablement budgets and resources

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through sales enablement programs
  • Expertise in GTM and Excel
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and partnering with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Marketing
  • Strong data analysis and insights skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to drive change and improve seller performance
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies
  • Strong project management skills
