Responsibilities

  • Preparation of expert reports, expert testimony, and exhibits for trial, alternative dispute resolution, or settlement negotiations.
  • Analysis of issues arising from disputes between prime and subcontractors.
  • Investigations and disputes, including those arising from alleged violations of the False Claims Act and the Price Reduction Clause.

Requirements

  • United States Citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Business, or Economics; Master's Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business/management consulting to government contractors.
