About the Role

The Director of Growth Marketing at Greenlight Financial Technology is a senior leadership position responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth. What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth marketing, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive business results
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid social, paid search, email, and content marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
