About the Role

The Director, Growth Marketing at Maxwell will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to drive business growth through digital channels. What You Will Do

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of marketing professionals to support growth marketing efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving growth through innovative marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization, and paid advertising
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot
