About the Role

The Director of Growth Marketing at PDQ is a critical role that will drive business growth through the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies. This role entails leading a team of marketers, working closely with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data to inform marketing decisions. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including paid media, social media, and content marketing.

As a key member of the marketing team, the Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer engagement, and expanding the company's online presence. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance short-term needs with long-term goals, and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Director of Growth Marketing will report to the VP of Marketing and will be responsible for managing a team of marketers, as well as collaborating with other departments, including sales, product, and customer success.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead a team of marketers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Analyze data to inform marketing decisions, measure campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective use of marketing resources
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
  • Develop and execute plans to improve customer engagement, retention, and acquisition
  • Measure and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through marketing efforts
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including paid media, social media, and content marketing
  • Experience leading and managing teams, with a focus on talent development and growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing tools and technologies
  • Strong understanding of customer-centric marketing, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Nice to Have

  • Experience with agile marketing methodologies and lean startup principles
  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or JavaScript
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Certification in marketing, such as a CMMP or CPEM
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
