About the Role
The Director of Growth Marketing at PerfectServe is a pivotal role that entails developing and executing demand generation strategies to drive business growth. As a seasoned marketing professional, you will lead a team of demand generation specialists, providing guidance and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential. What You Will Do
- Assess, coach, and develop a demand generation team to identify skill gaps and build individual development plans
- Set clear performance expectations and create a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement
- Own the demand generation strategy and execution across the full buyer journey, from awareness to pipeline creation
- Scale and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including paid search, paid social, digital display, email nurture, webinars, and interactive content
- Manage budget allocation and pacing across channels and segments to ensure consistent lead flow and cost effectiveness
- Partner with paid media agencies and external consultants to guide strategy, review performance, and iterate on creative and targeting
- Own the organic growth strategy, including SEO and AI Engine Optimization (AEO), to expand PerfectServe's visibility in traditional search and AI-generated results
- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) across landing pages, forms, and key conversion points in the buyer journey
- Track and optimize full-funnel metrics to ensure strong conversion rates and healthy ROI across all segments and channels
- Interpret data to surface actionable insights, identify root causes behind performance trends, and develop concrete action plans to address funnel gaps or underperformance
- Forecast and report on marketing-sourced pipeline health, funnel performance, and marketing's contribution to company goals
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation strategies
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Salesforce, and multi-channel campaign management
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to drive decision-making through data insights
- Experience with SEO, AEO, and CRO, with a focus on driving organic growth and conversion rate optimization
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and buyer journey, with the ability to develop targeted marketing campaigns
