Job Description
About the Role
Labcorp is looking for a Director of Health Systems who will oversee hospital operations and optimize laboratory engagements. This remote role allows for a flexible working environment while significantly impacting patient care.Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and operational expertise for health system proposals.
- Conduct onsite assessments to improve laboratory operations and maintain quality.
- Direct operational activities for successful execution across all phases of laboratory engagements.
- Manage change initiatives related to client implementations and equipment standardization.
- Build cross-functional relationships with health system clients and internal teams.
- Travel up to 50% as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 7 years of leadership experience in a laboratory or service line.
- 5+ years in a complex healthcare environment managing teams.
- Minimum of 10 years in hospital clinical lab operations.
