About the Role

The Director of Human Resources is a key leadership role at Cordance, responsible for shaping and executing people strategies that drive business growth, organizational effectiveness, and a strong employee experience. This role will partner with senior executives and business leaders across multiple regions and business units, operating effectively in a SaaS environment and complex, multi-entity structure. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the latest HR trends and technologies, and be able to navigate the nuances of remote work and global team management.

As a strategic HR leader, the Director of Human Resources will be responsible for providing guidance and support to business leaders on people-related matters, including organizational design, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and change management. This role will also be responsible for driving initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work culture, and ensuring that Cordance's values and mission are embedded in all aspects of the business.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with senior executives and business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support on people-related matters, including organizational design, performance management, and employee relations
  • Drive initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work culture, and ensure that Cordance's values and mission are embedded in all aspects of the business
  • Develop and implement HR programs and policies that support business growth and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with other functional leaders to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to inform business decisions and drive improvements
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for HR-related initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and organizational effectiveness through people-centric strategies
  • Strong understanding of HR trends and technologies, including HRIS systems and performance management tools
  • Experience in managing global teams and navigating complex organizational structures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze HR metrics and data to inform business decisions
  • Experience in driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field

  • Experience in M&A and integration
