About the Role
As the Director I of Advanced Analytics at Liberty Mutual, you'll lead a talented analytics team to deliver strategic insights that enhance customer outcomes. This fully remote position allows you to play a vital role in improving operational efficiency and accuracy.Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small team of analysts, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Execute advanced analytics projects that directly influence executive-level decision-making.
- Manage the migration of code and reports to a new data architecture, overseeing the entire migration plan.
- Translate complex findings into practical recommendations for stakeholders.
- Identify and implement improvements in operational processes.
- Communicate project status and outcomes to senior management effectively.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred; a Ph.D. is beneficial.
- 8-10 years of experience in analytics or data-related roles.
- Strong analytical, project management, and decision-making skills.
- Expert knowledge of data sources and statistical techniques is essential.
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS, or Python is preferred for effective data analysis.
