## About the Role Dropbox is seeking a Director of Internal Communication and Culture to lead its internal communications strategy and team. The successful candidate will report to the Chief Communications Officer and own the internal communications strategy.
## Responsibilities - Lead the internal communications team in creating compelling narratives to inform, align, and inspire teams - Partner with senior leaders to ensure employees understand the company's strategy, customers, product progress, and culture - Develop and implement internal communications plans to support business objectives
## Requirements - Experience in internal communications, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong leadership and storytelling skills - Proficiency in Excel and other communications tools
## Nice to Have - Experience in managing change and driving cultural alignment - Knowledge of the tech industry and its trends
