About the Role
The Director, Marketing PMO at Teladoc Health is a senior leadership role designed to oversee and enhance the marketing project management operating model. This position is critical in ensuring the effective planning, delivery, and measurement of marketing initiatives across multiple channels and teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing high-volume marketing environments, driving transformative solutions, and fostering a culture of excellence within their team.The role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including marketing, creative, automation, analytics, product, and external vendors, to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies. The Director, Marketing PMO will also be responsible for building and maturing the PMO as a center of excellence for marketing delivery, which includes establishing standards, governance, and best practices that improve efficiency and reduce rework.

What You Will Do
- Define and own the Marketing PMO operating model, ensuring it is scalable, efficient, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement delivery frameworks that are appropriate for a high-volume marketing environment, focusing on reducing duplication and rework.
- Establish and maintain standards, governance, documentation, and planning practices that enhance efficiency and predictability.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of a high-volume portfolio of marketing initiatives, spanning strategy development through execution, measurement, and optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity of scope, timelines, priorities, and dependencies, driving stronger front-end prioritization and capacity planning.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers and resource managers, setting clear expectations and performance standards.
- Serve as a culture leader, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Define and monitor delivery performance metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement in planning and execution.
- Serve as the executive owner and subject matter expert for Adobe Workfront, ensuring strong governance and best-practice usage.
- Identify opportunities to apply automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve planning, forecasting, and delivery.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing project management or a related field, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving marketing operations excellence.
- Strong proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and experience with marketing work management systems like Adobe Workfront.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and lead a team of professionals.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the capability to drive transformative solutions and improve marketing operations continuously.
- Experience in managing marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including email, digital, web, paid media, direct mail, and omnichannel initiatives.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to define and monitor delivery performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the healthcare or digital health industry, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or marketing operations (e.g., MOOC).
- Experience with automation and AI-enabled tools, and their application in marketing operations.
- Knowledge of additional marketing tools and technologies, such as Jira, Microsoft 365, Adobe Experience Manager and Assets, Marketo, and content collaboration platforms.
