## What You Will Do - Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of engineering managers and software engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and psychological safety.

• Structure engineering teams for maximum autonomy and alignment, ensuring clear career ladders and effective succession planning.
• Partner closely with Product Management leadership to ensure engineering teams operate as empowered, cross-functional units focused on customer outcomes.
• Oversee the architectural integrity, security, and performance of MonetizeMore's high-volume, low-latency ad tech infrastructure.
• Balance the delivery of new features with the continuous modernization of the codebase, ensuring infrastructure costs are optimized.
• Establish and monitor core engineering metrics to identify and eliminate development bottlenecks.
• Lead the strategic adoption of AI-augmented development tools to eliminate developer toil.
• Quantify the impact of modernization initiatives, demonstrating clear improvements in cycle times, deployment frequency, and overall delivery velocity.
• Maintain robust data privacy, compliance, and security standards across all engineering operations.
• Foster a world-class remote engineering culture with high retention and clear alignment with business goals.

## What We Are Looking For - A seasoned engineering leader with 10+ years of experience, including at least 5+ years managing engineering managers in a fast-growing SaaS, Ad Tech, or high-data volume environment.

• Proven track record of managing and scaling highly aligned, culturally diverse, 100% remote engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of modern cloud architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with integrating AI and other innovative technologies into development processes.
• Strong technical background, with the ability to make smart, informed decisions about engineering strategies and architectures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire remote teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-informed decisions.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and other productivity tools.

## Nice to Have - Experience with DORA or SPACE frameworks for measuring engineering metrics.

• Knowledge of ad tech industry trends and challenges.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and platforms.
• Certification in engineering management or a related field.
