About the Role
The Director of Growth & Performance Marketing is a critical role at Diamond Braces, responsible for driving patient acquisition and revenue growth across all locations. This is a performance-driven role that requires a strong background in SEO, Google Business Profiles, CRM systems, and paid media. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering measurable growth results and will be able to build and operate a scalable growth system.As a Director of Growth & Performance Marketing, you will be working closely with the executive leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy. You will be responsible for leading a team of marketers and vendors to drive results and will have direct access to executive leadership.
The role is fully remote, with a high level of accountability and a focus on execution. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive patient acquisition and revenue growth
- Build and operate a scalable growth system across SEO, Google Business Profiles, CRM, and paid channels
- Lead generation and drive qualified leads (calls, forms, bookings)
- Improve lead conversion rates and patient starts
- Own rankings and visibility across all locations and increase calls and direction requests
- Ensure full funnel tracking (lead → start) and build a clear attribution model
- Eliminate untracked leads and scale ROI-positive campaigns
- Cut non-performing spend immediately and manage SEO, development, and marketing vendors
- Enforce KPIs and replace underperforming vendors
- Increase reviews per location and build a repeatable review acquisition system
What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record of delivering measurable growth results in a marketing role
- Strong expertise in SEO (technical + local) and Google Business Profiles
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking and attribution
- Ability to diagnose problems and execute quickly
- Experience managing vendors and enforcing performance
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with paid marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Certification in Google Analytics or other marketing certifications
