About the Role
The Director of Human Resources at ReversingLabs will play a pivotal role in reimagining the HR function to propel business growth and innovation. Reporting to the SVP of HR, this leader will collaborate closely with executive leadership to co-architect a people strategy tightly coupled with organizational ambition. The role demands a visionary who can inspire and scale a world-class People team, fostering a culture of high performance, psychological safety, and relentless curiosity.As part of the leadership team, the Director of Human Resources will navigate the intricacies of multi-jurisdictional compliance across the US, EMEA, and Canada, ensuring that HR operations are not only efficient but also values-driven. This includes designing compensation and benefits frameworks that are competitive, equitable, and compelling across different regions.

What You Will Do
- Build, inspire, and scale a world-class People team, focusing on high performance, psychological safety, and relentless curiosity.
- Co-architect a people strategy with the SVP of HR and executive leadership that aligns with business growth and organizational ambition.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, bringing data, judgment, and humanity to every conversation.
- Own the full HR ecosystem, including compensation and benefits, performance management, learning & development, employee relations, and internal communications.
- Design compensation and benefits frameworks that are competitive, equitable, and compelling across the US, EMEA, and Canada.
- Build HR policies and processes that are scalable, values-driven, and ready for future growth.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to provide compensation intelligence and EVP insights that attract top talent.
- Identify gaps, succession risks, and structural opportunities in the organization, turning workforce data into proactive decisions.
- Develop retention strategies and build learning ecosystems that unlock potential at every level of the organization.
- Champion belonging, inclusion, and psychological safety, creating a culture where employees feel genuinely heard.
- Navigate complex employee relations matters with precision and empathy.
What We Are Looking For
