Job Description

About the Role

Safeguard Global is seeking a Transformational Leader to head its Information Technology (IT), Cybersecurity, FinOps, and Application Support functions. This multi-disciplinary role is central to enabling operational excellence, scalability, security, and financial efficiency across the company's global technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Build a security-first culture across the organization through awareness programs and proactive engagement.
  • Own enterprise-wide security posture, including application, cloud, endpoint, network security, and Vulnerability Management.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for data protection, identity access, threat detection, and incident response.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.) and drive security audits and assessments.
  • Lead a global application support team for internal and customer-facing systems.
  • Implement service reliability metrics (SLAs/OLAs) and drive root cause analysis and proactive support strategies.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel is required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in FinOps, with the ability to develop and lead a FinOps strategy to monitor, forecast, and control cloud and SaaS spend across departments.
