About the Role

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives demand generation and inbound pipeline creation
- Manage and optimize the company's LinkedIn presence, including content creation and advertising
- Create and implement content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies
- Develop and execute event sponsorships and trade show appearances
- Collaborate with the Product Marketer to focus on messaging, positioning, customer stories, and sales enablement
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to ensure alignment and maximize business outcomes
- Manage and analyze marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective ROI on marketing spend
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on demand generation and inbound pipeline creation
- At least 2 years of experience leading or owning a marketing function, with a proven track record of success
- Strong demand generation background, with experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and analyze marketing metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies and results to cross-functional teams
- Experience managing and mentoring marketing team members, with a focus on developing and growing talent
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
