About the Role
The Director of Paid Media will lead a team of Associate Directors, overseeing the health of paid media accounts and serving as a trusted client advisor.Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Associate Directors, setting direction and priorities.
- Translate executive direction into actionable weekly priorities.
- Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the team.
- Stay close to every account to catch potential issues before they arise.
- Ensure client engagements reflect Directive's methodology, including LTV:CAC modeling and DiscoverabilityOS strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in paid media, with expertise in Google Ads and Programmatic.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant tools.
