About the Role
The Director of Paid Media will lead a team of Associate Directors, owning the health of paid media accounts and serving as a trusted client advisor.Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Associate Directors, setting direction and priorities
- Foster a culture of accountability and excellence
- Stay close to every account to catch friction before it arises
- Ensure deliverable quality and build QA cadence and feedback loops
- Own client relationships, showing up with confidence and credibility
Requirements
- Experience with Google Ads, Programmatic, and Excel
- Proven track record of managing people and client relationships
