About the Role

The Director of Paid Media will lead a team of Associate Directors, owning the health of paid media accounts and serving as a trusted client advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Associate Directors, setting direction and priorities
  • Foster a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Stay close to every account to catch friction before it arises
  • Ensure deliverable quality and build QA cadence and feedback loops
  • Own client relationships, showing up with confidence and credibility

  • Experience with Google Ads, Programmatic, and Excel
  • Proven track record of managing people and client relationships
