About the Role

The Director of Paid Media will own the vision, performance, and revenue impact of the Paid Media department at Powered by Search. This is a senior leadership role accountable for protecting and improving net revenue retention, growing revenue within existing paid media client base, and ensuring the paid media service is best-in-class.

Responsibilities

  • Protect and improve net revenue retention (NRR)
  • Grow revenue within existing paid media client base
  • Ensure paid media service is best-in-class, scalable, and defensible
  • Build, coach, and hold accountable a team of senior paid media experts

Requirements

  • Senior paid media leader with full accountability for growth, client outcomes, and team performance
  • Ability to manage up to four Associate Directors and work directly with executive stakeholders
