As a key member of the recruitment team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results and ensure that recruitment efforts are aligned with the company's mission and values. What You Will Do

  • Advise physician candidates on career opportunities and provide guidance on the recruitment process
  • Source and screen physicians through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Build rapport with candidates and clients to drive marketing campaigns and present opportunity information effectively
  • Manage the recruiting process, from initial contact to successful placement
  • Consult with clients throughout the recruitment process to ensure successful search outcomes
  • Investigate and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Make recommendations to clients to aid in a successful search
  • Provide consistent communication, feedback, and reports to stakeholders
  • Drive Physician Marketing campaign efforts to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in physician recruitment

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling
  • Consultative sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for business
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
  • Experience with Excel and other recruitment tools
