About the Role

SimplePractice is seeking a Director of Product Design to spearhead the user experience (UX) vision for its Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. This pivotal role involves transforming how over 250,000 clinicians manage billing and payment processes through innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and expand the RCM design organization, including staffing and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex trade-offs with clarity and alignment.
