About the Role

The Director of Product, AI Agents and Ecosystem will shape the connection between the GitLab Duo Agent Platform and the rapidly evolving AI agent landscape. This role involves defining an open, interoperable agent experience that integrates with leading models and platforms, and driving the adoption of GitLab's agent builder, AI catalog, and out-of-the-box agents and flows.

Responsibilities

  • Define a clear ecosystem strategy and approach to interoperability and multi-agent systems
  • Create an operating model to support teams in building, shipping, and iterating on customer-centric agents
  • Partner closely with engineering leadership and security and DevSecOps product teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, particularly in AI and machine learning
  • Strong understanding of AI agent platforms and ecosystems
  • Ability to drive strategic direction and ecosystem adoption
