About the Role
The Director of Product Marketing at Medallion will play a pivotal role in leading the go-to-market strategy for the company's B2B enterprise solutions. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Medallion's B2B enterprise solutions
- Lead the product positioning and messaging efforts to ensure resonance with target audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to drive growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors
- Develop and manage product launch plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective sales enablement and support
- Analyze sales and marketing data to inform product marketing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in healthcare technology
- Manage and mentor a team of product marketers to ensure alignment and effectiveness
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the healthcare technology or software industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies
- Strong understanding of the healthcare technology landscape and market trends
- Experience with Salesforce and other marketing automation tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of the healthcare provider operations space
- Familiarity with Medallion's products and services
- Certification in product marketing or a related field
