About the Role
As a Director of Product, Workforce Management at Motive, you will be at the helm of managing and executing the company's Workforce Management suite of products. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional end-user experiences and developing highly customizable, performant products that cater to various customer sizes, verticals, and markets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and develop strategies to drive growth and adoption of Motive's products and services. The role entails leading a team of Product Managers, and you will be instrumental in shaping a high-performing product team that can drive individual projects while also contributing to the overall growth strategy. Your ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to success. - Lead and manage products to ensure exceptional end-user experiences, focusing on customer-centric product strategy and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and develop growth strategies.
- Build and shape a high-performing product team, driving individual projects and contributing to overall growth.
- Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges in diverse verticals.
- Define clear product requirements based on a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Work with GTM teams to develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics to measure the success of product launches.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Motive's products, services, and customer base.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of product management experience with expertise in managing enterprise SaaS products at scale.
- Exceptional product thinking, with demonstrated ability in building customer-centric product strategy for a business and delivering on them.
- Proven track record of driving individual projects and building high-performing product teams.
- High EQ with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong bias to action and fearlessness in getting hands dirty.
- Comfort and confidence in verbal and written communication.
- Interest and willingness to meet customers, with travel expected up to 25% of the time.
- Experience working with customers and GTM teams, in addition to EPD teams.
- Strong understanding of the physical economy and industries that Motive serves.

- Experience in the workforce management or similar space, with a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Familiarity with AI-powered applications and IoT hardware.
