About the Role
The Director of Regional Sales will lead a high-performing sales organization focused on GitLab's rapidly growing Civilian federal business.Responsibilities
- Drive new and expansion revenue across civilian agencies
- Manage, coach, and grow a team of Account Executives
- Own large deal strategy and C-level negotiations
- Guide the team through complex federal procurement motions
