About the Role
The Director of Revenue Operations at Practice Better will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for owning the systems, data, and processes that power the go-to-market engine, connecting marketing, sales-assist, customer success, and payments into a single, insight-driven revenue motion. This role entails working closely with various teams to build and maintain a scalable revenue operations framework, ensuring that all components are aligned and functioning effectively.The ideal candidate is a structured systems thinker who is equally comfortable building a board-ready forecast and rolling up their sleeves to clean attribution logic or rationalize a bloated tech stack. What You Will Do
- Own and develop the revenue operations strategy, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Build and maintain scalable processes and systems to support revenue growth

What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related field
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and process improvement
- Strong technical skills, including experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
