About the Role
Directive is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to lead the SalesOps department. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with expertise in Salesforce and GTM, as well as exceptional people skills to lead high-value project pitches.Responsibilities
- Architect and execute high-value SalesOps projects, including CRM migrations and lead routing frameworks
- Serve as a strategic advisor to drive growth and revenue
- Lead a team and execute six-figure enterprise migrations
Requirements
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce and enterprise-level SalesTech stacks
- Experience in complex migrations, data modeling, and GTM labeling/naming conventions
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
