## About the Role Directive Consulting seeks a Director of Revenue Operations & Strategy to lead the SalesOps department. This role combines technical expertise with consultative strategy, requiring a unique blend of skills to drive revenue growth.
## Responsibilities - Architect and execute high-value SalesOps projects, including CRM migrations and lead routing frameworks - Serve as a strategic advisor to ensure clients see measurable ROI - Lead technical discovery and implementation of sales qualification methodologies
## Requirements - Advanced expertise in Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) and enterprise-level SalesTech stacks - Experience in complex migrations, data modeling, and GTM labeling/naming conventions - Operational discipline with a focus on articulating impact and moving against a clear project roadmap - Leadership ambition to grow the book of business and mentor a dedicated SalesOps team
