About the Role
The Director of Revenue Systems and AI Automation is a critical leadership position that requires a deep understanding of AI and automation, as well as the ability to execute a comprehensive systems strategy. Reporting to the Founder, this role will be responsible for managing the systems layer of the business, including auditing existing systems, identifying areas for improvement, and building new infrastructure to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong background in AI and automation, and a proven track record of driving business results through systems integration.As a key member of the leadership team, the Director of Revenue Systems and AI Automation will work closely with the Director of Marketing, the Broker in Charge, and the Founder's Chief of Staff to develop and implement a comprehensive systems strategy. This role will require collaboration, problem-solving, and strong communication skills, as well as the ability to think critically and strategically.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive systems strategy to support business growth
- Manage the systems layer of the business, including auditing existing systems and identifying areas for improvement
- Build new infrastructure to support business growth, including integrating AI and automation solutions
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy
- Work closely with the Broker in Charge and the Founder's Chief of Staff to develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy
- Develop and manage a team of systems professionals to support business growth
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with systems integration
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data management strategy
- Collaborate with external partners to develop and implement new systems and technologies
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in AI and automation, with a strong background in systems integration
- Proven track record of driving business results through systems integration
- Strong experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to think critically and strategically
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with a globally distributed team, with a strong ability to communicate effectively across cultures and time zones
- Strong experience with AI and automation tools, including Zapier, ClickFunnels, and Follow Up Boss
- Experience with data management, including data analysis and reporting
- Strong experience with project management, including Agile methodologies
Nice to Have
- Experience working in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of the sales process
- Experience working with luxury brands, with a strong understanding of the high-end sales process
- Experience working with external partners, including vendors and contractors
- Experience with IT project management, including experience with ITIL frameworks
