Director of Revenue Systems and AI Automation (Offshore)

About the Role

As a key member of the leadership team, the Director of Revenue Systems and AI Automation will own the systems layer of the business, making it faster, cleaner, and more profitable. This involves auditing existing systems, identifying areas for improvement, and building the infrastructure to support business growth. The role requires a strategic thinker who can connect the dots between different systems, identify opportunities for automation, and develop innovative solutions to drive business outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement AI and automation strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
• Build and maintain ClickFunnels funnels, pipelines, email automations, and workflow triggers
• Design and develop dashboards and data pipelines to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Founder, Broker in Charge, and Director of Marketing
• Identify areas for process improvement and develop innovative solutions to address them
• Manage and maintain the company's digital infrastructure, including systems, tools, and workflows
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and security
• Collaborate with the fractional CFO to develop and implement financial reporting and planning systems

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in a related field, such as digital transformation, AI and automation, or revenue systems
• Proven track record of driving business growth through technology and innovation
• Strong understanding of AI and automation, including Claude and other AI tools
• Experience in managing digital infrastructure and workflows, including ClickFunnels and other marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect the dots between different systems and identify opportunities for improvement
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with key stakeholders
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, business administration, or engineering

Nice to Have

• Experience in managing remote teams and collaborating with distributed stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools
• Certification in AI and automation, such as Claude or other AI platforms
• Experience in managing budgets and financial planning
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
