## About the Role The Director of Revenue Systems and AI Automation is a pivotal position at Caul Group, tasked with turning ideas into operational reality. This role is not about advising or consulting, but about owning the systems layer of the business and making it faster, cleaner, and more profitable. The ideal candidate will have a technical, execution-focused mindset, able to audit existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and build the infrastructure to fix them permanently. Day-to-day, the Director will work closely with key stakeholders, including the Founder, the Broker in Charge, the Director of Marketing, and the Founder's Chief of Staff. The partnership with the Director of Marketing will be particularly crucial, as they own creative, campaigns, and the team, while the Director of Revenue Systems and AI Automation owns the infrastructure, including attribution architecture, lead pipeline connections, and systems tracking. The Latin American market presents a unique set of challenges and opportunities, and the successful candidate will be able to navigate this landscape with ease. With a preference for candidates based in Uruguay, Costa Rica, or Colombia, this role is ideal for those with a deep understanding of the regional market and a passion for driving revenue growth through AI and automation. ## What You Will Do - Build and deploy AI tools, such as Claude projects, to replace manual work across every department - Develop and maintain ClickFunnels funnels, pipelines, email automations, and workflow triggers - Create dashboards and connect data pipelines to provide real-time visibility into key metrics - Architect and implement automated coaching intelligence systems to analyze call patterns and identify areas for improvement - Design and deploy automated onboarding systems for new agents, including 90-day drip campaigns and Follow Up Boss contact setup - Collaborate with the fractional CFO to consolidate lead source categories into a clean, standardized taxonomy - Govern the schema to prevent data bloat and ensure accurate reporting - Develop and maintain integration chains between various systems, including Google LSA, Follow Up Boss, and ClickFunnels - Identify and fix handoff failures in integration chains to ensure seamless data flow - Build and maintain automated systems to track revenue and attribution, including SISU performance reporting CRM ## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in a technical, execution-focused role - Proven expertise in AI tool building, data pipeline development, and system connections - Strong understanding of digital marketing and revenue growth strategies - Experience with ClickFunnels, Follow Up Boss, and other relevant tools - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Experience with automation and coaching intelligence systems - Familiarity with Latin American market and cultural nuances ## Nice to Have - Experience with Claude, Zapier, and other automation tools - Knowledge of data visualization and dashboard development - Familiarity with HR systems and onboarding processes - Certification in AI, data science, or a related field ## Benefits and Perks - Competitive salary range of $60k-$72k - Opportunity to work with a forward-thinking company in a rapidly growing industry - Collaborative and dynamic remote work environment - Professional development and growth opportunities - Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies - Flexible working hours and autonomy - Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off - Remote work stipend and equipment allowance
