The Director of Technical Solutions reports to senior leadership and is part of the core team that drives the company's strategy forward. What You Will Do

• Lead a team of senior professionals across disciplines including Solutions Architecture, Marketing Science, SQL Engineering, and Context Engineering.
• Develop and execute the technical strategy for the professional-services arm, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and mission.
• Manage and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and support needed to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Oversee the development of technical solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and reliable.
• Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-ones to ensure open communication and address any issues promptly.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in ecommerce and AI, applying this knowledge to improve the company's offerings.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial plans.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in an ecommerce or related industry.
• Strong background in AI, data analysis, and software development.
• Experience in managing remote teams and leading cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, and the role of AI in business decision-making.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven track record of successful project deliveries and team leadership.
