About the Role
The Director, Office of the CEO, will be responsible for building and maintaining the operational infrastructure that underpins Bjak's success. This involves setting up new offices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the company's operations run smoothly across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and team management.As a key member of the leadership team, the Director will work closely with the CEO to drive business outcomes and make strategic decisions. What You Will Do
- Lead business operations across multiple countries, managing offices and entities in various regions
- Develop and manage a team of Business Operations Partners, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Oversee office setup, entity incorporation, and market launches, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption
- Implement payroll and local operational requirements, working closely with finance and HR teams
- Manage external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Support recruiting operations, recruiter onboarding, and hiring activities, helping to build a talented and diverse team
- Plan and execute company events, offsites, and operational logistics, ensuring a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Track key initiatives and ensure actions are completed on time, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Improve processes where needed to increase speed and reliability, implementing changes and monitoring their effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and administrative functions, to drive business outcomes

- Experience in business operations, strategic operations, or a similar field, with a proven track record of success
