About the Role

The Director, Paid Growth Marketing at Talkiatry is a critical leadership position responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid marketing strategies to drive business growth. This role entails close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and maximize ROI. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of paid media channels, including Google Ads, Meta, and other emerging platforms. As the digital landscape continues to evolve, the ability to stay ahead of the curve and adapt strategies accordingly is crucial. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional looking to leverage their expertise to drive meaningful business outcomes. The Director, Paid Growth Marketing will report to the VP of Marketing and will be responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across multiple channels, including search, social, display, and video
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research and analyze campaign data to inform future marketing strategies and optimize ROI
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agency partners and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging platforms, applying this knowledge to drive innovation in marketing strategies
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creative and messaging that resonates with target audiences
  • Develop and manage paid marketing reporting and analytics, using data to inform future marketing decisions

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in paid marketing, with a focus on growth marketing and team leadership
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through paid marketing initiatives, with a strong understanding of ROI and budget management
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels, including Google Ads, Meta, and other emerging platforms
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, with the ability to leverage data to inform marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation, with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization

Nice to Have

  • Experience with emerging paid media channels, such as TikTok and Snapchat
  • Certification in Google Ads or other paid media platforms
  • Experience with agile marketing methodologies and project management tools
