About the Role
The Director, Partner Sales - Enterprise role at Salesloft is a remote opportunity that requires a strategic and results-driven professional to lead the company's partner sales efforts. The Director, Partner Sales - Enterprise will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partner executives and ensuring that partner sales efforts are aligned with Salesloft's overall business objectives.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives to ensure alignment and drive results
- Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product, to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns
- Ensure successful customer deployment and adoption of Salesloft's products through partners
- Develop and manage a pipeline of partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth through partners
- Develop and manage a system to track and measure partner sales performance
- Provide regular updates and insights to the sales leadership team on partner sales performance
- Identify and pursue new partner opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute a strategy to expand existing partner relationships
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in partner sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of the enterprise sales landscape and the ability to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy
- Experience working with top-tier partners and a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth through partner sales
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of energy and motivation
