About the Role

As a Director of People Operations at DuckDuckGo, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to boost organizational performance. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing complex organizational challenges, developing and implementing performance systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement performance systems, including bespoke annual performance review processes and mid-cycle check-ins
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve company-wide engagement
  • Analyze complex organizational challenges and develop solutions to address them
  • Work closely with the leadership team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote trust, inclusivity, and empowerment
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
  • Develop and manage budgets for People Operations initiatives
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in People Operations

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a People Operations or HR leadership role
  • Strong understanding of organizational development and performance management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
