About the Role
The Director of Sales is a critical role at Acosta Group, driving current and future growth and profitability. This position requires a high degree of leadership capability and executional excellence, with the ability to build strong customer and client relationships. As a key contributor to enterprise results and strategic priorities, the Director will work closely with the Management Committee to develop and activate category growth strategies.The Director will partner cross-functionally to strengthen client engagement and deliver profitable share growth, playing an integral role in shaping channel strategy and driving alignment across the organization. This role requires a skilled and influential leader who can drive sustainable growth and make significant contributions to the company's success.
What You Will Do
- Develop and activate category growth strategies to drive business results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive alignment and growth
