About the Role

The Director of Product Management at Affirm will play a critical role in shaping the company's shopping and offers experience. What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products, with a strong ability to drive growth and revenue
  • Strong understanding of the payments industry, including trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision making
  • Experience with product development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
