About the Role

The Director of Product Marketing and Program Management plays a pivotal role in translating Seeq's product and whole-offer strategy into compelling market narratives and well-orchestrated go-to-market programs. This position is at the forefront of product marketing, ensuring that strategic priorities are transformed into actionable plans that drive consistency, readiness, and commercial impact. Collaborating closely with various teams, including Industries, Whole Offer Management, Partner Marketing, and Product Management, this leader will guarantee that Seeq's offers are brought to market with clarity, rigor, and measurable outcomes.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve developing and maintaining core messaging frameworks, differentiated positioning, and competitive narratives for priority products and offers. A deep understanding of market needs, industry priorities, and the ability to translate these into clear market-facing narratives will be crucial. This role also involves close partnership with Industries and Whole Offer Management to ensure market problems, buyer needs, and use cases are integral to product roadmap and offer narratives.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain core messaging frameworks, differentiated positioning, and competitive narratives for priority products and offers.
  • Partner with Industries and Whole Offer Management to ensure market problems, buyer needs, and use cases inform product roadmap and offer narratives.
  • Lead the planning and orchestration of major go-to-market programs, including launches, portfolio initiatives, and campaign dependencies.
  • Own Campaign Program Management, ensuring integrated planning across Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Regional Marketing, ABX/Campaign Execution, Enablement, and Operations.
  • Build and manage the source of truth for launch timelines, dependencies, decision points, readiness criteria, and stakeholder accountability.
  • Establish standard launch and program frameworks, workback plans, governance routines, and post-launch retrospectives.
  • Ensure major programs move from strategy to execution with clear owners, timing, and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and quality-control core GTM assets, including portfolio decks, launch narratives, solution messaging, buyer-facing stories, FAQ frameworks, and value-based content.
  • Ensure consistency across portfolio-level messaging, product-level messaging, and campaign-level execution.
  • Partner with Field Enablement and Revenue teams to translate product narratives into usable field materials, seller plays, and launch-ready assets.
  • Maintain messaging discipline across products, offers, industries, and growth motions.
