What We Are Looking For
- A Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in a data science or R&D leadership role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data-driven projects that have significantly impacted business outcomes.
- Strong technical skills in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and data visualization.
